The starting fee as well as the month’s guarantee fee is to be paid in cash or at the chip-machine to Existence before or on the day your program starts. The monthly payments are subsequently withdrawn automatically from the account you will have indicated to us. |

By signing the subscription form you give power of attorney to Existence, to automatically collect the monthly membership fee. |

It is your obligation, on the date the monthly fee is collected, to guarantee a sufficient balance in your account.
In case of uncertainty, please consult your bank. |

If for whatever reason the collection of your monthly membership fee is not possible, a 10 € administrative fee will be charged. If you fail to comply with your payment obligation Existence reserves the right to deny you entry to its facilities until you have processed the payment. |

In case we are obliged to have recourse to legal proceedings, legal costs will be borne by you.
The full amount of your membership will be taken into account and your membership will be terminated. |

Existence will index the membership fee according to the Statec ‘s price index. The index adaptation will be published in Existence’ Newsletter which is available at the reception. There is a ‘’Non double Profit Policy’’ for all new products introduced by Existence.
