Attention: If a membership is due, a payment is open or your training- credits are used (fixed classes), internet bookings or changements are not possible. Please contact us or to keep this possibility pay on time (at least 2 weeks before).
If a class is not accessable it isn't available for bookings or changements and will not take place that day. Over the Internet bookings (out-house): Existence is the first Fitness and Health Center in Luxembourg with this unique online class reservations service for its members. All you need is an acces to the internet. At home, office, holiday hotel, with your mobile connection or whatever the future may bring. You just found out your meeting was cancelled and you can still get in time to a class. Go to www.existence.lu and push the 'Existence Reservations' button on the left top of this page. Login with your Email adres and password, you will access your private reservations Agenda. Here you can manage your trainings and reservations, exactly like in-house bookings. No matter if you have booked fixed visits or single visits. This can be done for all bookings up to maximum 3 weeks ahead, or as long as your membership is valid. In Existence bookings (in-house): 1) Fixed visits. Every client has the possibility to ask for one ore more Fixed visits to classes. In this way you will be automatically booked as long as your membership is valid in the classes you wish. No waiting list, no early ''ticket pick-up'' at reception. Just cheking-in using your Club Card at the Check-In computer at the entrance, at least 3 minutes before your class starts. If you like to create ''fixed classes'', ask at the reception if in the preferred class still spots are available. They will do the rest. 2) Single visits. If you prefer to have more freedom, you can use the Reservation computer. Here you can see what classes are available on what days and times and you can book these one-by-one.Bookings up to three weeks ahead are possible. The program is easy to use and you can have at any time an overvieuw of your reservations, also online over our website . 3) Last minute visits. No fixed class, no booked single visit and still like to train. No problem.Just go immidiately to the Reservation computer push the NOW / JETST/ MAINTENANT button, choose your class and you are listed and checked-in at once. No need to use the check-in computer. |
