The up to date cardio and strength machines plus the visits to all our group classes. Additionally the right to reserve fixed training spots for your classes. The possibility doing your reservation and cancellation over our website.
From Personal Training to customised group fitness classes. We offer our members and guests a wide variety of useful and individual services to help you meet your highest potential.

It is our mission to help you reach the highest personal health and fitness goals by providing you the best equipement and expertise in a clean and safe environment that will fit into your schedule. Our commitment to the contract implies as well that we are ''at your service''. Staring at the front desk till shower.

Each person has different health goals. Like more stamina, better endurance, less weight/fat%, more strength, less injuries, etc. Run a 10K,Ski better, play footbal with your grand child and a very important one, having less physical problems, less stress.
Therefore together we will define the best realistic health and fitness goals for you and your body. We will test you and create an optimal individual training program, than we explain how your body functions.

Our dedicated and passionate staff will use knowledge, training skills, teaching experience, modern equipement and health network to achive your personal health and fitness goals.
We promise you will improve rapidly and effective when you follow our training plans and health advises. On the other side you pay for our services and will do your best to train regulary, according to your personal training programm and additional advices.

If positive result stays out we both have to find out why. Perhaps we analised wrong , we motivated you not enought. Perhaps your fridge did'n have the correct food inside? Perhaps you did not visit us enough? As long as we don't find the answer and the cure we will train you, but you don't have to pay us.
