Introduction program. 2-3 weeks. 1A* a private and very personal intake session with your coach to find out your individual goals and needs. Your whishes and your limitations (physical, time planning etc.). 1B* a first check, CVR1, to test your individual endurance (cardio-vascular-respiratory) training level and define your personal cardio trainings program. 1C* a personal training session with your coach to learn and experience this cardio training on the different equipments within your physical possibilities and needs. Learning how to use the cardio circuit and point system. 2A* a second check, the NM1, to test your individual dynamic movement (neuron-muscular) training level and define your personal strength training program 2B* a personal training session with your coach to learn and experience this strength training on the different machines within your physical possibilities and needs. Learning how to understand and train on the strength equipments. We are a high level Personal Lifestyle Training and coaching center. Furthermore the Existence Concept, a health focused training based on prevention and physical stability is proven to be effective for over 20 years, starting with André van Spaandonk’s Health Center in The Hague, ‘ Sporting Special’ in Holland. Because 75% of our programs are trained in groups with a full time coaching aspect, each individual # will have a trainer on his side at each visit, # will have a regular training group with nice contacts and # will always have a training spot without waiting time. But before you can begin to train at Existence you will have an introduction program with your coach. This will be done within the two first training weeks.
After those 2-3 weeks with the four private training sessions, you will be ready for your first follow up program including group training sessions. |
