Neuro Muscular Training
For every-body, man or woman, whether professional or amateur; every indiviual is different and all have their own motivation; be it muscle building, muscle definition, muscle maintainance, the wish to just look good or the greatest incentiv: to get better, stronger, fitter, and healthier all the time.
No matter what your goal is, regularly strength training is the elementary part of each training. An elaborated, individual training concept is the best way to succeed. Therefore, an effective training plan, coordinated to your respective goals, is the basic.
As already explained in the cardio part, we need as many active muscle cells as possible to burn energy in order to get fit and improve our fitness and strength level.
The muscle consists of many muscle fibers. These fibers are hold together by a solid tissue, called muscle fascia. The muscle itself is always attached to a tendon and the tendon to a bone. When the muscle is relaxed (no contraction), the muscle cells are long and thin, and when the muscle is contracted, the muscle cells become either shorter and more thick (concentric contraction) or they stay in the same length but with more load to resist (isometric contraction).
Muscles are like a big rope where on each side people are pulling. The more hands are helping the stronger they can pull. The more people (hands) are active the more energy is created. To make this energy we need for a big part Oxigene (O2 / aerobic) and a smaller part we make energy without O2 (an-aerobic).
With our strength test we are able to mesure your actual muscle strength. From the results we gain from the testing we establish an individual and personal training program. The training program is set up in a way you are able to achieve your goals as quick and professional as possible. Every three months this test is repeated in order to adapt your training plan to your improvements and strength evolutions.
The aim of the testings is to provide you a 100 % personal training program and to adjust it to the individual improvements. Furthermore, we are able to set up different strength programs in order to obtain your specific requirements (muscle maintainance, muscle building, muscle definition, etc.)
