Here you can do your workout and train in a relaxed atmosphere. With fully personalized and for each client individual adapted programs, always with the advice and support of professional teachers. Improving your health and fitness level in our functional and well equipped gyms, you will train in small groups, having fun, fighting the pain, pushing yourself and smile when you leave. The Existence Concept offers a 360 degree approach. The benefits of using this program are more than just a series of one-on-one training sessions. It’s a physical, psychological and emotional experience where you first increase your basic condition level before progressing to increased physical and cognitive skills.Every training program is customized to address your unique fitness profile. Enabling you to increase your fitness level as defined in partnership with your coach. All Existence coaches are highly educated graduated Physical education teachers, Exercise physiologists, Physical Therapists or Kinesiologists to ensure our clients receive the most knowledgeable of service in the industry. They create exercise programs that are stimulating, challenging and fun to do. The training sessions can be done inside or outside, walking-running or biking. The foundation of a healthy and balanced life is regularly moderate to intense physical activity, proper relaxation (also night rest), good social contacts and a balanced healthy diet. More than 72% of the population doesn´t reach this level of needed physical activity. This increases the chances of health problems and influences the whole balance in the body (and mind) Goal related and personalised physical activity helps to increase your sleeping quality, you will stay longer and deeper concentrated, the mental and physical stress levels will reduce and it improves your physical balance in many aspects. But.... it will only take place if the body becomes healthy first. Therefore the Existence Concept focuses on creating the basic of a fit body, like building a house. You need a good, strong, well planned and with quality materials build foundation and basement to create a house witch will survive at least 80 years or more. Same goes for your body.
