In the past few years research has shown that twice a week neuro-muscular strenght training, done regularly, under supervision of a experienced trainerand with a fully personalised training programm, gives our body a lot of health & fitness profits.

Based on the latest researchresults we created the next 12 reasons.

1) Avoiding muscle mass lost. An adult not training strenght, will lose each 10 years an average of 5 to 7 pounds of muscles. Only by training specific strenght we can keep this muscle mass. Normaltraining like cycling, running or swimming improves your endurance capacity but will not avoid losing important muscle mass.

2) Creating more muscle mass. Exact programmedand well executed strenght training can increase the lean muscle mass with around 3 pounds during a period of 10 training weeks. Because training keeps or even increases the muscle mass it also stabalises the BRM.
