6) Increasement of the bone-density. The effect of progressive muscle strenght training on muscle-, tendon- and bone tissue is equal. This training stimulates the increasement of Myoproteins (muscle fibers), osteoproteins (bone tissue) and minerals. In this way Osteoporosis, losing bone structure density, is avoided and even a stronger bone densityis created.

7) Increasement of Carbohydrates (''Sugars") metabolism. After four month of training a 23% higherCarbs burning is proven. a) These burned Carbs can't be transformed into fatty acids and fats any more. b) A bad Carbs metabolism is associated with the first sympthoms of Diabetics. 9) Lowering blood pressure. It is known that strength training effectively fights high blood pressure. In combination with a personalised endurance training program (cardio-training) it is one of the most effective ways to avoid the use of medications.

10) Lowering the bad cholesterol (LDL) increasing the good (HDL) Two big research projects have shown a positive effect on our cholesterol balance. But more research is needed.

11) Reduction of lower back problems. A long period (12 years) research at the medical University of Florida has proven that a 10 week specific strenght training programm focused on the lower back muscles (Lumbar Spine Muscles) reduces the pain effectively.
