Spinning: A group workout, using indoor cycles. On the rhythm of good music. When it comes to all-round training, calories burned and muscles worked, it’s mighty hard to beat indoor cycling, or spinning, as a means of achieving maximum fitness. The average 55 minute spinning class burns nearly 500 calories. And it provides sweat-dripping cardiovascular training that that utilizes the largest muscle groups of the body: the glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Because it is a non-impact workout that combines both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems of the body, it strengthens joints and ligaments, stabilizes muscles and enhances body alignment and posture. Our bikes are equiped with SPD clips and normal step-ins. Each client will train optimal since they made their Cardio Test with individual Heart Rate training advises. Therefore beginners up to advanced levels can train together and have both positive results to expect.

Pump: A group workout on music. The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. In the Cardio-Pump class we focus on the muscular endurence. Less weights and more repetitions. In the Strength-Pump we train more towards muscle strength and power. We use higher training weights and make less reps. In combination with our Total Body Training Concept both trainings are effectiv and usefull.

Pilates: Pilates emphasizes the concepts of core strength and stabilization. Students are taught the concepts of core strength and stabilization, as well as to use your “powerhouse” throughout life’s daily activities. As Joseph Pilates called it, your “powerhouse” is the center of your body or your core and if strengthened, it offers a solid foundation for any movement. This power engine is a muscular network which provides the basic control and stability in the lumbopelvic region, which furthermore consists of the Pelvic floor muscles, the Transversus, the Multifidus, the diaphragm, the muscles of the inner thigh, and the muscles encircling the sitting bone area.
In recent years the term “Pilates” has entered the mainstream. Following an unsuccessful intellectual property lawsuit, a US federal court ruled the term “Pilates” generic and free for unrestricted use. As a result, anyone, trained or untrained, can offer “Pilates” as a service to the public. Our instructors are officially qualified, experienced and professional teachers.
