Opening hours and time table 19. Existence fixes its opening hours, which will strictly respected. 20. Existence reserves the right to close the club or a number of its facilities on holidays or other special occasions. Such closures will not imply any refund of membership money. 21. Existence reserves the right to adapt opening hours and (lesson) time-tables or to cancel certain lessons (depending on decisions of the board). This will not result in any refund of membership money. Responsibility 22. The use of Existence’ s facilities, as well as your fitness activities or exercising, are entirely at your own risk. Existence does not accept any liability as to its staff’s activities nor for any form of damage (e.g. physical injury, theft, loss or damage to personal belongings). 23. The board reserves the right, without stating the reason, to immediately deny access to the club and/or to terminate the membership (without warning or notice) if a member breaks, seriously/or repeatedly, Existence’s conditions and/or rules, if a member misbehaves towards other members and/or employees of Existence or if a member willfully damages property belonging to Existence, its staff and/or other members. 24. Members are responsible for updating details according their membership. Like address, telephone numbers and E-mail addresses, etc. Memberships will not be refunded or recalculated on the basis of wrong or delayed information e.g. age, family member discounts, etc.
